TYPICAL PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES

We process orders within 2 to 4 business days, depending on order volume. Transit time varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping only available for USA 50 states.

Please note: Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or edited. Fletch is not responsible for delivery issues, including but not limited to incorrect addresses, lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit, or delays by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, or freight forwarders. Orders with expedited shipping that are shipped within our stated timeframe but delayed by the carrier are not eligible for a refund on shipping fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your Fletch purchase, but we understand sometimes you may need to return or exchange items, so we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all purchases made from our website within 30 days  of the purchase date.  Items must be in the original packaging,  unworn, and in good salable condition.  Shipping costs is non-refundable, and items must be returned at the purchaser’s expense.   (Neck gaiters cannot be returned)  

Your return must have your original order number marked clearly on the packaging and inside with the garment.  When we receive your returned item, we will exchange or issue the refund.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

Returns are generally processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
